Website visits

The website is hosted through Lovable. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver the website and keep it secure. These are separate from payment records.

Purchases and product support

When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will process payment and billing information as the merchant of record under its own privacy policy. We will not receive your full payment-card number or security code.

To deliver a paid purchase and provide product support, we may receive your email address, order reference, purchased product and payment or refund status from Paddle. If you contact us, we may also process the information you include in your message. We will use this information for delivery, support, refunds, fraud prevention and required business records, not automatically enrol you in marketing emails.

Legal bases and sharing

Where applicable, these activities rely on performing the purchase contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking, if introduced, will require any consent applicable law demands. Information needed for delivery and support may be handled by hosting, storage and email providers acting on our behalf, and by Paddle for its own payment responsibilities.
