Seller and acceptance

These terms govern your use of this website and Begin Again. You contract with Monika Švajdová for the provision and use of the programme, while purchases are processed through our reseller Paddle as described below. By purchasing the programme or continuing to use the website or programme, you agree to these terms.

The programme

Begin Again: The 28-Day Guided Life Reset is a digital wellbeing programme with four guided audio meditations, the bonus Abundance Meditation and a 52-page companion journal in PDF format. No physical items are shipped.

Purchases through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and billing support. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. These programme terms supplement, and do not replace, those purchase terms.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the audio and journal for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download the files to your own devices and print the journal for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download access to, or commercially reuse the files without written permission. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders.

Monika Švajdová retains ownership of the website, programme and related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding, except for third-party materials that remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your purchase grants only the personal-use licence above, not ownership of these rights.

Acceptable use

Termination ends your licence to use the programme. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to the refund policy, Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.
